Our Hospice Advocates offer personalized consulting services specializing in this time of greatest need. Our primary mission is to guide clients and their families through the complex and challenging healthcare decisions that arise during end-of-life care. We assist in navigating the intricate healthcare system, ensuring that all aspects of the client's well-being—mind, body, soul, and spirit—are addressed. Additionally, we collaborate with healthcare providers to explore all possible options, aiming to meet the comprehensive needs of our clients. By offering expert support and personalized assistance, we ensure our clients receive individualized care that aligns with their faith and values. We are deeply committed to creating an environment where clients can experience a peaceful and dignified transition, surrounded by the comfort and support of loved ones.​​

Homecare Services
Our Homecare Advocates believe in ensuring our clients receive in-home care of the highest quality. By emphasizing safety and preventative care, our Homecare Advocates educate and support clients in making informed lifestyle choices. Our goal is to enable clients to safely age in place, within the comfort of their homes and surrounded by loved ones.
By advocating for healthcare delivery directly to the client's home, they aim to reduce hospitalizations, prevent injuries, and maintain client autonomy and independence.

We work side by side with our clients and their providers to ensure their needs and goals are met. This collaborative process empowers our clients to make choices that align with their individual preferences and priorities.
How to Receive Hospice or Homecare Services

Purchase any one of our membership plans. Our plans start at just $30/month.

Once a membership is purchased, email us at clientservices@nursefreedomnetwork.org.

You will be set up with an Initial Consultation with a Remnant Nurse to discuss your primary concerns, identify your top three goals, and develop action plans to achieve them.

Your nurse will also discuss with you the scope of services needed based upon the above information and any additional packages that are required to fulfill these needs.
